QUICK-START

THEORY & MANUSCRIPT

STRUC-I evaluates the Universal Structural Law:
inv(Pε ; L)  ≤  ν(Vε(L)) across preregistered ordered ladders. inv counts perturbation-induced rank inversions; ν is the maximum independent set of the vulnerability graph. No perturbation scale and no physical domain is excluded a priori — the chamber is a falsification engine.

Three regimes: ■ Geometric Persistence (ρ < 0.60, Aκ=1) · ■ Structural Boundary (ρ 0.60–1.0) · ■ Structural Instability (ρ > 1 or Aκ < 1).
