# Phase A — Alpha Normalization Review Interpretation

PURPOSE:
Interpret the normalization review performed on Phase A alpha grids and
first-pass 5D vectors.

DATA STATUS:
Phase A is now based on real processed pre-supernova radial profile data,
not inlist scaffolds.

REVIEW STATUS COUNTS:
Comparable objects: 0
Scale-review-needed objects: 2
High-kappa-attention objects: 1

PRIMARY FINDING:
At least one Phase A object shows response-channel dominance or very large
raw anisotropic persistence. Use the v2 vector summary for A–B comparison.

OBJECT FLAGS:
A1_12M: status=review_required; scale_review_needed=yes; high_kappa_attention=yes; max_channel=composition; thermal/gap=1.07459449438; density/gap=1.01063337895; composition/gap=15.4854379001; support/gap=1.09540527651; loss/gap=2.03705005766; bounded_anis=0.269028667002
A2_20M: status=review_required; scale_review_needed=yes; high_kappa_attention=no; max_channel=composition; thermal/gap=1.04609679148; density/gap=1.05472930195; composition/gap=254.51988322; support/gap=1.16719638557; loss/gap=1.46730669962; bounded_anis=0.989254655183

V2 VECTOR USE:
Use A_5D_VECTOR_SUMMARY_v2.csv for A–B bridge work. It preserves the v1
values while adding bounded anisotropic persistence and review flags.

INTERPRETATION RULE:
A scale-review flag is not a failure. It means the object should not be
compared using raw anisotropic_persistence or a dominated response channel
alone.

A–B BRIDGE REQUIREMENT:
Compare this file:
A_mesa_precollapse_tracks/alpha_application/normalization_review/A_5D_VECTOR_SUMMARY_v2.csv

against:
B_supernova_light_curves/alpha_application/normalization_review/B_5D_VECTOR_SUMMARY_v2.csv

NEXT STEP:
Proceed to A–B bridge construction only after verifying that both A and B
normalization-reviewed v2 summaries are present.
