⚙️ CHAMBER XXXVII: OPERATOR COMPOSABILITY

Purpose

This chamber tests whether a second operator (O₂) can be meaningfully composed after τ stabilization. It is a validation instrument, not a tuning playground.

Standard workflow

1. Leave parameters at default.
   Defaults represent the calibrated Phase-P test regime.
2. Select an O₂ operator.
   Choose σ, κ, or Φ from the O₂ selector.
3. Run the pipeline.
   The chamber executes: E → Ω → τ → O₂ automatically.
4. Observe gate outcomes.
   Focus on G_τ, G₂, and G_∘ — not raw scores.
5. Export JSON for analysis.
   Use the export for batch statistics or cross-seed comparison.

Correct interpretation

• PASS means admissible.
  The operator improves structure without violating composition.
• FAIL does not mean “bad”.
  It means the operator is not admissible in this context.
• σ passing only sometimes is expected.
  Renormalization has a domain of validity.

What not to do

• Do not tune parameters to “force” PASS.
• Do not compare raw residuals across operators.
• Do not interpret κ or Φ failures as numerical errors.

This chamber answers “Is composition allowed?”
It does not answer “Which operator is best?”

What this chamber tests

Chamber XXXVII evaluates whether a second operator O₂ can be meaningfully composed after τ stabilization. Composition is stricter than contraction or entropy reduction.

• G_τ — τ is admissible
  CR_τ < 1 and invariant drift is bounded

• G_∘ — composition is beneficial
  O₂ must improve on τ alone (CR_∘ < CR_τ)
